ANNOUNCEMENT
The launch of accepting applications from engineering and high-tech companies for Resident status of the Engineering City (hereinafter EC) project is announced.
As a result of the Engineering City project it is expected to create a new-format ecosystem where IT and high-tech companies will have an opportunity to develop and implement innovative ideas for the local and international markets, with the use of modern infrastructure.
In case of meeting the participation criteria and getting the EC resident status, the companies will have an opportunity to acquire land plots of 250 sq.m. or 500 sq.m. as a donation with an ownership right, in order to build an office, as well as have an access to shared advanced lab equipment and manufacturing machinery.
Companies operating in the following areas can apply for the project:
a. material science
b. electronics (radioelectronic)
c. measuring equipment and systems
d. radio-frequency equipment and systems
e. aerospace equipment and systems
f. robotics
g. semi-conductor equipment
h. Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS)
i. biomedical equipment.

The Engineering City is located on 3 hectares of land located at 74 Bagrevand Street in Nor Norq, Yerevan city.

Online information sessions will be arranged for all interested applicants in order to provide detailed information on the project.

NOTE: Taking into account that land plots are limited (22 to 44, depending on sizes mentioned in the applications), in case of several applications (for the same land plot) corresponding to the project requirements by different applicants, applications requiring 500 sq.m. will be processed, and in case of those requiring same-size plots, applications will be processed on the first-come-first-served basis.
