Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage engineering projects. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop project objectives, scope and requirements involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Develop a detailed project plan and schedule to track progress

• Ensure resources availability and allocation

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Manage change requests and their implementation upon approval

• Prepare periodic and on-demand reports upon necessity

• Conduct periodic meetings with team as well as Customer representatives, act as a single point of contact for all issues and questions

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Required Qualifications

• University Degree

• Excellent knowledge of the English and Russian languages

• Strong negotiation skills

• Engineering Degree is a plus

• PMP certification is a plus

• Work experience in project management is a plus

• Students are welcome to apply as Interns
